Job Descriptions
RV Sales Consultant
A Chesaco RV Sales Professional plays an integral role in the current and future success of our organization. Sales Professionals are responsible for providing unparalleled service and product knowledge. Individuals in this role must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. A successful Sales Professional will continually learn about products, special offers, and manufacturer updates. We are seeking candidates that have a strong, competitive sales nature.
Service Techs
We are always looking for skilled technicians to add to our Service Department. As a technician, you will service, diagnose, and repair both new and used RVs. Chesaco RV technicians service the interior, exterior, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; they do not service the chassis or engines. There are three distinct technician positions and each requires a different set of skills:
- Service Technician: Services, maintains, and repairs new and used units
- Pre-Delivery Inspection Technician: Prepares and inspects each sold unit prior to being delivered to customers
- Body Shop Technician: Provide fiberglass repair, painting and large exterior repair
Prior technical experience such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, and/or carpentry is desired.
Management
Managers are responsible for a wide range of duties and require a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Some of these duties include but are not limited to: being responsible for managing the HR functions at the store level, processing new hire paperwork, and providing general office assistance to store managers. Additionally, Managers act as a liaison with the corporate office to provide monthly expense reports, credit card statements, petty cash fund, and other miscellaneous items.
